Terms of Service
Last updated: 3 September 2026
The service
Invoice 14 is an invoicing tool for self-employed professionals, operated by James Irving-Swift, an autónomo registered in Spain. It lets you create customers and products, issue sequentially numbered invoices and quotes, generate PDFs, and email them to your customers.
The service is currently in private use: new sign-ups are closed and access is by invitation only.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for everything done through your account. Notify us at hello@invoice14.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
Your invoices are your responsibility
Invoice 14 helps you produce invoices, but you remain solely responsible for their content and for your own tax and legal compliance — including charging the correct taxes, meeting invoicing requirements, filing returns, and retaining records for the periods Spanish law requires.
Nothing in the service constitutes tax, legal, or accounting advice. When in doubt, consult a professional (gestor or asesor fiscal).
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to issue fraudulent or misleading documents, to send spam, to store unlawful content, or to interfere with the service’s operation or security.
Your data
How personal data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy. You can export all your data, and permanently delete your workspace, from Settings at any time.
Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim (currently zero, as the service is free). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated through the service or by email. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. You can stop using the service and delete your workspace at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, and disputes are subject to the courts of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
