Built for local compliance

Sequential numbering, immutable issued invoices, your country’s tax names and rates, and VIES-validated intra-EU reverse charge.

Polished, multilingual PDFs

Every invoice renders to a clean PDF in English, Spanish, German, Italian or French — whichever your customer speaks — and lands in their inbox with one click.

From draft to paid

Drafts stay flexible; issued invoices become records. Track what is due, register payments, and see your totals by quarter.

Made for people who work for themselves

Frequently asked questions

How do I create an invoice online?

Add your business details and a customer, enter your line items, and issue the invoice. Invoice 14 gives it a sequential number, calculates VAT and any withholding for your country, and renders a polished PDF you can email to your customer in one click.

Is Invoice 14 a free invoice system?

Yes. The Free plan lets you issue up to 14 invoices a year at no cost, including compliant PDFs in five languages, customer and product records, and payment tracking. Paid plans add higher volumes, quotes and team workspaces.

What is the Spanish invoice QR code?

Spain’s VERI*FACTU rules (Royal Decree 1007/2023 and Order HAC/1177/2024) require invoices to carry an AEAT tax QR code that links to the tax agency’s verification service, mandatory during 2027. On paid plans Invoice 14 submits each invoice record to the AEAT as it is issued through an authorised provider and prints the QR and the “Factura verificable en la sede electrónica de la AEAT” legend — only on invoices whose records are actually submitted.
