Reports overview
Find the right report, filter by category and country, and choose the period.
Open the reports
Click Reports in the top bar. The page starts with a row of headline cards, followed by All reports: every report, with a one-line description of each. Reports are included in every plan, and every member of the workspace can open them.
Every figure comes from invoices you have issued and payments you have recorded. Drafts never appear. Customer names and tax IDs are taken from the invoice as it was issued, so if you edit a customer later, the figures for invoices you have already issued stay the same.

Read the headline cards
Each card shows a live figure and opens its report with the same period selected:
- Invoice ledger: net sales (taxable base) for the quarter and how many invoices you issued in it.
- Receivables: everything customers owe you today, with the Overdue part underneath. It turns red when something is past due.
- Payments received: money received so far this month and the number of payments.
- The main filing for your workspace country: output IVA for Modelo 303 in Spain, box 1 and box 6 of the VAT Return in the UK, or TVA collectée with its base HT in France. Workspaces in other countries do not get this card.
The quarter cards follow the filing calendar. During the first month of a quarter they show the quarter that has just ended, which is the one you are about to file. After that, they show the current quarter.
Find a report by country and category
Four reports work for everyone: the invoice ledger, sales by rate, receivables and payments received. The rest are tax filings for one country. Two filters narrow the list:
- Filings for picks which country's filings are listed: Spain, the United Kingdom, France or All countries. It starts on your workspace country, or on all countries if your business is somewhere else.
- The category chips (All, Sales, Receivables, Tax filings, Intra-EU) show only reports of that kind.
Filings are not tied to where your business is registered. A Spanish workspace can open the UK VAT Return, for example. The filters are saved in the page address, so reloading the page or going back keeps them.
On a filing page, a side menu lists All reports, the four universal reports and that country's filings, so you can switch between them without going back. On phones, the menu is a scrolling row under the title.

Choose the period
The controls above each report set the period. Which controls you see depends on what the report needs:
- Year: annual reports such as Modelo 347 or the micro-entrepreneur turnover. The list goes back five years.
- Quarter: one quarter, or Whole year to see every quarter side by side. The UK VAT Return has no whole-year option, because a return always covers one quarter.
- Period: the French TVA report offers quarters and months in one list, for quarterly or monthly CA3 returns.
- From / To: the ledger and payments received also accept exact dates. These dates replace the year and quarter until you pick a year or quarter again. The report only updates once both dates are complete.
- As of: receivables are aged against a single date (today by default).

The period is saved in the page address too. Bookmark it, or send the link to someone who is a member of your workspace. If your gestor or accountant should see the reports, invite them as a member (see Team members).
Invoices in other currencies
Amounts in different currencies are never added together. Each report shows a separate section for every currency you invoiced in. On a filing page, any currency the tax form does not accept (anything other than euros for Spain and France, or pounds for the UK) gets a note above it. Invoice 14 does not convert currencies. Convert those amounts yourself at the exchange rate your tax authority accepts.
What the reports don't do
- They cover sales only. Invoice 14 does not record expenses or purchase invoices, so input VAT (IVA soportado, TVA déductible), deductible expenses and anything else on the purchase side must come from your own records.
- They are helpers, not filings. Nothing is sent to AEAT, HMRC or the French tax authorities from these pages. You copy the figures into the official form yourself. VERI*FACTU records are a separate thing (see VERI*FACTU records and the QR code).
- Voided invoices are left out of the tax figures. Corrective invoices count in the period of their own issue date, and credits reduce the totals. See Corrective invoices and voiding.
The reports reflect how you set up each invoice (tax treatment, rates, retention). Check the figures with your gestor or accountant before you file, especially the first time.
